Services Overview
When you have ordered your door and/or other products online or by phone, we send will you an email confirmation of your order.
With order stock confirmation, we will give you a phone call to make an appointment for installation at a date and time of your convenience.
We will send you an email to confirm the delivery / installation date and time.
Our engineering team will deliver and install the door. We will:
Remove the old door;
Install the new door;
Plaster and/or decorate around the installed door;
Remove the garbage and waste materials.
Note: We will not paint around the installed door, unless you order our painting service around the installed door and you have approved the paint.
Painting costs £116 inc VAT for London area customers (where delivery is provided free of charge). For all other areas on the UK mainland, please add the appropriate delivery charge for mainland Britain to your location.
