Broadly speaking, as a starting point, you need to choose a door to suit the right level of security required for your UK office, business property, garage or home.
Exterior Doors It is important to realise that an interior door is not suitable to be used as an entry door, if it is exposed to the outside elements. You need to consider the prevailing weather conditions in the UK and choose a door which is wholly suitable for external use. For that purpose, we recommend one of our steel doors. If security is your primary concern, then you should consider a reinforced steel security door with a robust locking system for added security and peace of mind. This solution can be ideal for your office or business property and it is important to mention that a steel door can look attractive and pleasing to the eye. So, you do not have to compromise on the visual appearance you wish to present to your visitors. Steel wood doors are a different proposition and can still provide a very high degree security, whilst having a more conventional appearance at the same time. Finished in a range of wooden-like treatments, the steel wood range is modern, very attractive and ideal for your home, office or business property. Interior DoorsWhen it comes to the interior of your business, commercial or residential property, there is no need to compromise on door security. Based in London in the UK, we supply, fit and install strong internal doors within two main product categories: Heavy duty wooden doors are supplied with an HDF wood board door leaf and door frame. Wooden doors provide ideal internal security and the surface is veneered by hand or computer sculpture or embossed by natural wooden skin. Constructed with an inside block structure, the door is filled with honeycomb. The surface paint finishing is processed by a six layer quality paint coating. Heavy duty interior PVC doors are supplied with an MDF wood board 0.7mm thickness door leaf and door frame, and the surface is coated by PVC film. The door skeleton is fitted with steel bars to avoid the risk of distortion and the frame is adjustable and the adjustable range is 2cm. The surface paint finishing is processed by six layers of high quality paint. Non-standard DoorsMost doors are supplied at certain standard sizes for the UK market. However, if your door is an irregular size, then you are welcome to purchase a customised door to suit your exact needs and measurements. Fire Proof DoorsWhen it comes to fire doors, you need to consider the building regulations for your local council. Our fire doors are supplied in the UK with a high grade anti-fire filling. Finished with a first grade anti-fire paint coating, the doors are constructed with high quality galvanized steel and cold rolled steel, fireproofing quality hinges, fireproofing locks and handles, installing bolts, plug pin and fireproofing auto-closer. In terms of the fire resistant doors specification, the inside filling is fireproof material board: 1,200kg/m3; anti-fire fills (silic aluminium figurine) 128kg/m3.
