When it comes to metal security doors, the strong door leaf is made of two embossed (cold-formed) steel plates, each 0.7 mm thick and laser-welded to the rigid frame (all-around weld). A four-layer weatherproof coating is applied: priming, painting and heat treatment, painting, and wood texture simulation and heat treatment. Thresholds coated with weatherproof (anti-rust) lacquer are made of stainless steel or of ordinary steel; the threshold is made of the same material of the lining and frame and visually contributes to elegant appearance of the door.

The door frame is made of sag "?"-shaped steel profile 1.4mm thick. External door lining is made integral with the frame: they represent a monolithic structure characterised by high rigidity and ease of installation. The door is installed in the door frame and fixed by 6 anchors.

Each door has 3 adjustable blind hinges which resolve the problem of possible shrinkage during door exploitation period. Four additional anti-theft hinge lugs excludes the possibility of opening the door by removing hinge pins.

The specialist security lock has 13 locking points. It has drill resistant and burglar-proof functions, the users can use it more satisfactorily and safely and it has a unique metal surface treatment effect. You can open the door comfortably and easily using the original handle design.
