Technical Specification.

1. MDF wood boards 0.7mm thickness for door leaf and door frame, and the surface is coated by PVC film.

2. The fir inside block structure for door body. Inside of our PVC door, there is one 4.5 cm (width) x 3cm (thickness) the fir stick on each side of doors. Another 2 fir stick in the middle part, and 2 very strong steel bars are next to them. This fir skeleton with steel bars avoids the risk of distortion.

3. Our frame is adjustable and the adjustable range is 2cm.

4. The surface paint finishing is processed by six layers of quality paint.

5. Colours: Diversified available.

6. Opening direction: Left or right; inside or outside open.

7. Sizes available: As per requirement (height x width x 40mm). The maximum width and height we can do is 860mm x 2400mm. Please check how  to measure interior PVC doors.

8. Adjust architrave available: A, B, C.

9. Accessories: lock, handle, hinges and installation bolts.

10. Certificate passed: ISO9001:2000/ GB17565-1998/ CNACL/ CSM.

 How to make a choice? 

1. Size (Width, mm): Please measure the width of your old door without frame.  Please check how to measure the interior doors in the section How to measure the doors.
2. Size (High, mm): Please measure the high of your old door without frame. Please check how to measure the interior doors in the section How to measure the doors.
3. Thickness options (mm): We do the thickness of the interior doors 40mm only.
4. Door Open options: We can do door open inside or outside. Door open inside: when you stay outside at the door and you have to push it to get in to the room. Door open outside: when you stay outside at the door and you have to pull it to get in to the room.

        5.  Handle options: We can do handle on the left side and handle on the right side. Handle on the left side: There is a handle on the left side of the door and hinges will be on the right side of the door. Handle on the right side: There is a handle on the right side of the door and hinges will be on the left side of the door. 

6.     Handle Models: We have an option standard handle (lock) only. The lock model is A14300. But nevertheless, if you would like to have another lock model from our website, you have to buy one, and we can install it. Please make sure you choose the interior door lock.

7.      Colour options: Please choose the following colours.

9.      Doors Delivery: Please choose the destination to deliver your door. There is a FREE delivery in London.
