Technical Specification.
1. This non-standard steel exterior door has 1.4mm thick steel frame & two steel sheets 0.7mm thick door panel.
2. Cold-rolled steel door leaf and frame with heat transfer-printing, which looks the natural wood grain.
3. Infill: Honeycomb material, polyurethane; solicit aluminium and anti-fire board material. Please see structure of exterior door.
4. Locks: Specialist security lock with 13 locking points. (Alternative available).
5. Colour: Diversified available.
6. Size available: Width x Height (mm): 1200x2050 only. Please check how to measure the Non-standard Doors.
7. Door leaf thickness: 75mm only.
8. Door frame depth: 105mm.
9. Accessories: Hinges, locks, handles, viewer, doorbell, rubber seal, installing bolts.
10. Opening direction: Left or right; inside or outside open.
11. Certificate passed: ISO9001:2000 / GB17565-1998 / CNACL / CSM.

Structure
1. Door frame: hot-rolled steel sheet, one-off formed 2. Double lock pin for top and bottom 3. Double lock pin for sides 4. AB mechanical lock. 5. Doorsill: stainless steel. 6. The multilayer door frame:
We thicken the inflected frame the doors have polylaminate functions of anti-pry and thermal insulation and cold protection.
Reinforced Side-lock Points:
The thickened door leaf leaves the place for assembly of reinforced side-lock, so is firmer and more durable.
Hi –Quality Burglar-proof Lock:

How to make a choice?

We have an option standard handle (lock) only. The lock model is JW-9587. But nevertheless, if you would like to have another lock model from our website, you have to buy one, and we can install it.

6. Handle options: We can do handle on the left side and handle on the right side. Handle on the left side: There is a handle on the left side of the door and hinges will be on the right side of the door.
